Mr. Kamlesh Shah founded the Silver Group in 1985. A first-generation entrepreneur, he leads the business with two simple values by his chair - Relationships & Commitment. His pragmatic thinking, ability to build valuable relationships and a win-win approach in business dealings, have established the company to become an execution oriented, quality conscious and commitment sensitive organization. These virtues have built a reputation for the Silver Group, which evokes confidence in the consumer, bankability in stakeholders and security in every member of the organization.

RAJ K. SHAH
Director
He has been associated with the Silver Group for the last seven years and has been extensively involved in developing processes, managing day-to-day operations and chartering business development for the organization to drive its growth impetus. A London School of Economics (LSE) and University College London (UCL) Alumnus, he strongly believes in social inclusivity and led the group’s diversification into the Education sector and various other ventures.

Strategy & Corporate Relations
A sharp real estate industry professional who has been associated with the Silver group since 1995. As a key part of the strategy team, his core capabilities align to the people-centric approach of the organization. He has been pivotal in the organization’s corporate leasing activities, along with being the driver for the regulatory compliance of all the projects developed by Silver Group.
KISHORE BHANSALI
General Administration
The sounding board of the organization. he has been heading the general administration function of the organization since the inception of the Silver Group. His simple yet effective skills, business acumen and grounded understanding of reality, has helped the organization remain true to its objectives.
RAJESH KHONA
Compliance & Finance
He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and leads the Corporate and Financial Compliance function since the last two decades, with keen focus on financial discipline and best practices of the organization. His process oriented, go-getter zeal and meticulous planning have contributed to the organization’s strength and sustainability.
